Encanto: AR Movie Set Piece: Madrigals Family Doors

For this project, I modeled and textured 3D versions of each door in the Madrigals family house from "Encanto," based on renders provided by the studio. Using Autodesk Maya and Substance Painter, I recreated the set pieces to work inside the Regal and Really Mobil apps. These assets were used in an augmented reality experience where users could place any door in their AR space and observe it in 3D. When a door opened, it displayed a text description and a video explaining the character's magical powers.
